With over 30 years in the building industry, I remain a current Licensed Building Practitioner who takes pride in quality workmanship and honest advice.
After building new homes and completing major renovations, I spent the last 10 years working alongside landlords and property management companies — carrying out rental maintenance, liaising with tenants, completing pre-purchase inspections and solving the day-to-day maintenance issues that every property owner faces.
During this time I recognised a gap in the market. Property owners needed one trusted contractor who could handle the wide variety of maintenance jobs that fall between major building companies and individual trades.
That's why Selwyn Property Services was created.
Today we provide complete property maintenance solutions including rental repairs, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, fencing, landscaping, inspections and general carpentry throughout Selwyn and Canterbury.
